Description

Hello at all!

In the last summer I stayed in Thailand for three month to write my thesis.
I took a lot of photos there and so I will show some of them here on gfx in the next time.

@photo:
It shows the head of a destroyed Buddha sculpture which is overgrown by a bodhi tree in Wat Mahatat, Ayutthaya.

Canon EOS 30D
1/40
ISO-200
F/9

Thx at all for viewing, critics & comments!

Awesome observational capture - the image is very surreal.
First impression was that you'd converted to b/w but now i look more closely it appears to be in colour - it must have been an amazing sight to witness 'in the flesh" Nice piece.

Hi! Welcome to GFX! Very nice first submission!!
The left upper part is a little bit distracting and I'd also increase a little the highlights.
apart from that. very nice work!

Nice work. Awesome place. I think a little more room under the chin would be good.

Nice tones. I like the textures as well. Would crop a bit from the sides though.

Wow, that is the most cool thing i´ve seen; looks like part of the tree, but i guess it´s rock, surrounded by the tree....!!!
Excellent tones and great compo IMO....!!!
The left top corner is abit distracting because of the the white color on the tree, should use the (PS) burn highlights tool to eliminate it...!!!
Well done...!!!
